Rolled oats are fairy chewy/dusty , milled oats are sort of dusty but
can be sort of compacted into lumps to eat. I wouldn't recommend it- it
was a compulsion/craving that has thankfully disappeared
The oats from the plant are sort of sweetish/fibrous I would say that
the whole seed fresh from the plant was the form i would be least likely
to overeat cause the husks have a tendency to abrade the tongue/inside
mouth after a while
