You forgot to mention the 48 hour break between each day. Not everyone
currently on the list was around for our previous discussion of this, so such
things needs to be included each time.
In fact, for some people, even 3 days per week may be too much, depending on
their own individual recovery capabilities (which can only be determined by
trying a variety of different programs).
