In SUGAR BLUES I think the author mentioned that a high carb diet will make
the person sensitive to the sun.

I used to be but am no more.

I think in there they also said that freckling comes in part from high carb.

BTW, if anyone comes across anything about paleo and recovering the thyroid,
please send it to me, thank you.
