Conteh,
This was indeed what we asked for, and what would have guaranteed that Jammeh
would be defeated without question. Instead, it was manifested that personal
interest and a race to power was still the order of the day despite all of
the rhetoric we heard since we have been exposing this APRC regime. Those of
us who told the truth became instant enemies but so be it.
Right now, what happens come next month is anybody's guess, despite the chest
beating and the certainly with which predictions are made , and if Jammeh
wins, the blame as well as the suffering of our people under another 5 years
of a brutal regime will rest squarely on the shoulders of the PPP/UDP
coalition.
If tit gets to a second round, those spitting fire need to remember that they
just may need those they are branding to save the day, but some people cannot
think beyond the tips of their noses.
