Thanks so much for your reply to my posting about the AfDB grant to The Gambia.
I appreciate your taking time to explain what's going on, and the fact that you did
so so promptly. This is what's called "customer service", and only God knows how I
so wish our government back home had a little bit of a sense of it. I'll write to
you in more detail in private; I just wanted first to thank you in public.
