Sara,

I am not in a wheelchair, but I also have been having lower back pain
recently. I am still moving around ok and just occasionally take some
ibuprofen, but I will be going to the dr. soon if it doesn't go away. I
know the pain is directly related to the hamstring surgery I had two
summers ago and my learning to walk in a whole new way. So, I need to
stretch my back extensively and strengthen it as much as I can. A good
massage helps too! Just some ideas...no cures, but at least some ways
to help.

Linda
