I am just getting around to this thread. I was Easter Seals "poster child" in
the 40's, to the extent that for two years I would be taken to Fourth Army
headquarters at Ft. Sam Houston and have my picture taken with the
Commanding General. It was neat, I got to go inside the original quadrangle
and the Air Calvary was headquartered there at the time.
