Bobby and Kyle, I have to disagree with both of you for a number of reasons.
As pwd's , you know how discrimination in any form is harmful.  Think of the
responses from this list if Rocker say something about pwd's.

Also, this man is in a position of a "role model" because of his baseball
status.  We don't need our children hearing this type of talk and finding out
it goes unpunished!  What would stop little Johnny in the school yard from
repeating the same, and getting punished for it?  Is that fair?

If it was up to me, I would have fired his butt on the spot.  Discrimination
in any form is wrong and should not go unpunished!
