JOB TITLE:      Lead Generation Call Support
DEPARTMENT:     Marketing
LOCATION:       6000 American Pkwy, Madison, Wisconsin
SALARY RANGE:   $9.86 - $13.31

QUALIFICATIONS:  Working knowledge gained through 30 months or more of
related work experience.  Previous telemarketing sales or outside sales
experience is desired.  Knowledge of the insurance industry is desired.
As required by the State of Wisconsin, the candidate must obtain resident
and nonresident agent licenses for health, life, property and casualty
insurance.  Customer service training in all lines of insurance is
preferred.  Effective oral and written communication skills, analytical
and negotiation skills are essential, together with a high level of
attention to detail.  Ability to work evening and weekend hours is
required.  Works with limited supervision.  Must be able to operate a PC.
 Must be able to sit for long periods of time.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:  Under direction of a Call Center Team Supervisor,
this position will initiate outbound telephone calls to targeted markets
to acquire information to offer a proposal on an American Family
Insurance product.
