About the book
"To be perfectly honest, I think every time a man takes a woman out on a
date he should get a tax break. I mean it's like having another
dependent."
-Darrell Cole, Main Character, Chapter 2
"Life and love is no romance novel. The reality of relationship is that
sometimes people get hurt. Sometimes the hurt never goes away. It can
be like having a death grip on your heart."
-Darrell Cole, Main Character, Chapter 19
Tauvaris J. Moore controversial first book Whipped & Sprung (the way men
see it) is being released February 24, 2003. The book Whipped & Sprung
(the way men see it) will explore three types of relationships from the
man's perspective.
The story will take you into the life of one bitter man and his three
friends as they struggle to maintain their respective relationships.
The fellas deal with closure, cheating, and dating women with children.
This book will finally expose all the unfair treatment that men have to
put up with over the course of a relationship.
Here is a link to the Racine Journal Times, who did a story about the
author and the book. You can also check out the February issues of the
Madison Times and Umoja.
