Who set up the constitution review committee? Answer--Felix Ossia's
administration.
From who should some us of be seeking information? Answer --Felix Ossia's
administration
To answer your question, NOBODY KNOWS.   So let the few wise men give us a
constitution that will serve the  purpose you had in mind.
Do you really think our views matters? In a few years another executive wlll
be reviewing a constitution
which has never provoked a constitutional crisis to serve a particular purpose.
