The man pulled out a wad of money big enough to choke a horse.  And, he
said, "As long as you have a wad of money, you will have a crowd around you
laughing a your every joke and doing your every biding".

Now, the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) disburses $3
billion a year.  Now, that's buys a multitude of folks to laugh at DPI's
jokes and to do DPI's biding.

So, when you hear people defending DPI, you determine how much DPI is
funding them.
