Hello Folks

A quick question from someone who is very new to this diet. How appropriate
would wild rice be on occasion? I believe it is not technically a grain,
but rather a seed and requires minimal technical intervention to make it
edible (soaking and drying). Anyway, any comments? I am looking for some
type of grain thing to feed a bunch of non Paleo people at Christmas time
without going too far off of the diet.

Thanks for any input
