When I was a child, we were going on vacation, one morning, for about
three weeks. As was my habit then, I drank about a six pack of
pepsi...a day. I poured one into a ceramic cup, took a hit off it, and
being a kid, left it on the kitchen counter. We came back, and, once we
cleaned (rather I was made to) out the cup, found the soda had literally
EATEN a good 1/4" out of the inside of the cup. Put me offa soda for a
good couple years...
