I know how to lose weight: not eating.
What I'm looking for is something that I could tough out a good while.
I'm
not looking to lose weight incredibly fast, just something that will
make me
lose weight period. But at the same time, I need my energy and
stamina.
I tried eating only meat for 5 days, I felt even more deprived than
while
fasting.
