I was going to just post this to Todd Moody, but just in case
anyone else was interested in more info about Dr. Pennington
(the guy mentioned in The Steak Lover's Diet by Anchell), I
won a book on ebay titled "Calories Don't Count" by Herman
Taller, M.D. It might be worth checking out if you're interested.
