Your's it pretty close to Anchells.
His meal planning is simple
1. As much meat as you want. (no meat with any sugar added ie ham bacon)
2. moderatre portion of acceptible fruit or vegitable
The acceptable list is
potato, sweet potato (not yams), rice, grapes(I'm guessing 12-15),
watermelon(a piece the size of the book), pear, 1/2 grapefruit, blueberries,
rasberries, bannana.
Butter is OK.
Cheese and eggs are only OK once you get to your desired weight
