That leaves you every food my wife eats ! :-)
Meat, poultry, fish, seafood, eggs.
Almonds and macadamias are great ! (it wasn't clear, but it looked like you
were saying that you can eat those two)
Vegetables - broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, artichokes, etc.
Can you eat berries ? If so, they are the most healthful fruits.
This is a great opportunity for you to try a low-carb diet, which - from the
anecdotes I have read - is the single best way to your improve your health.
