Well Dori, I'm not sure about Lupus but I have Reiters disease which is an
arthritis illness.  Keeping a Paleodiet has made a great difference for me.
Sometimes  Ifall of fthe wagon and snack like made the way sugaraddicts do.
For sure I'm hardly able to walk the next couple of days after that.
So it is likely that a Paleolifestyle will help for those with Lupus as
well.
