I had a queston regarding eating meat raw.... when I was in high school 20+
years ago, I worked at a Skippers restaurant. Prior to cooking the chicken
or seafood, we soaked it for 20 minutes in a mixture of baking soda and
water. Was suppose to kill any bacteria. Would this work for eating eatin
raw meats bought from the grocer? I tasted raw ground meat today and fell
in love............. cant wait to try other raw delights. But I too worry
from bacteria and other yucky things.
