You've got that right. I worked in DC for a year and that is the most
bizarre place I have ever seen. We were two doors down from the Soviet
Embassy which was across 16th St. from the personnel office of the CIA. I
had lunch with an old professor of mine who was a rabid pacifist and he
worked at the Pentagon in the same pod as the Secretary of Defense. We were
doing lobbying work for special education.
