I had many responses 3 people said watch out for annatto coloring(the
coloring process uses alcohol(have to be sure it is not from grain). 1
person said annatto was ok. 3 said stay away from processed & soft
cheese & that shredded cheese was dusted with flour to prevent sticking,
they said to buy the hard chesse. 4 said stay away from blue
cheese(mold intoduced from bread crumbs). 3 said beware of enzymes in
the ingredients(they could be cultured on wheat). I was told these
weresafe Borden,Kraft,Stella(some) Crystal Farms(wal-mart).,&Land of
