"AUSTIN GLUTEN-FREE FRIENDS" will meet
Wednesday, February 21st at 7:00 pm at the home
of Don & Kay Stence, 2304 Forest Bend Dr.
(off Barton Hills Dr.), 10 minutes from downtown.

This is the same announcement that was run last week.  I
wanted to run it again since we now have our "official name".

The focus will be on nutrition for those who are gluten
intolerant.  Anyone looking for a healthier way of eating
is also invited to attend. There will be a tour of a GF
celiac kitchen and foods for tasting.  Please bring a
favorite gluten-free food (homemade if you've started
GF cooking, or store bought if you haven't) with a list
of ingredients.
