Found a wonderful source of dessert/cake recipes that are gf or easily
converted to gf. the book is RECIPE HALL OF FAME DESSERT COOKBOOK it is
published by Qualridge Press 1.800.343.1585 or www.quailridge.com
fyi....besides the gf flour mixtures, cornstarch can be used measure for
measure for cake flour and all purpose [ap] flour, esp in cakes... btw,
there are lots of dump cake recipes, ice cream and sorbet recipes as
well...good selections.and all in one book!
