About 2 month ago, I ordered flour assorment at Gluten Solutions. I
ordered from here, Waterloo Que. to be shipped to our condo in Fl., as
my husband was already there, and I was to join him one week.
It never came. As I didn't have brang the info. with me there, I sent
an e-mail when I came back to ask what was happening.
They responded promptly that they had shipped it at the good
address, but UPS said there was no apt #, but there was in fact.
As my husband was coming back too, there was no time to re-ship
it there, so they shipped it here in Canada.
I said I had asked them to ship it in Fl to avoid additional brokerage
fees from UPS.
To make a long story short, they said they have credited my credit
card the $23.87 UPS had charged me for brokerage fees.
They were most helpful and accurate.
