I purchaSed a smoked picnic ham. Ingredients are: pork, water, salt
dextrose, sodium tripolyphosphate, sugar, sodium erythorbate, sodium
nitrite, spices, smoke. What I am wondering is this: Are these basic
type hams gluten free? What types of ham contain gluten? This one is
prepared by Les Salaisons Desco Inc. Boisbraind, Quebec Canada and I
can not find a phone number for them. I thought that only compressed
boneless hams might contain gluten. Is this thought correct? Please
