I am having a hard time getting sorghum flour in my local health food
store. I live in a small town in Canada (British Columbia). Does is
come under a different name if so what. I want to by the newly revised
Gluten-free Gourmet. (I don't have any books) And see the four flour
blend used a lot. If I can no0t get sorghum flour do you thind adding
more of the other flours would work? Please let me know.
