I just read in a book by DR John Lee on women's health that quinoa is a grain
that contains gluten and should not be eaten by Celiac's??????? Is this a
typo?? I hope it is. I've purchased Quinoa products that said GF right on
the package. Has anyone else ever heard of this, Quinoa being a grain that
should be avoided by Celiac's?

Edith
