Hi. My wife and baby are both celiacs and we just joined this list, so
forgive me if I'm covering familiar territory. We've been searching for
a rice milk that we can have confidence in. I know about the barley in
Rice Dream, and my wife doesn't seem to be tolerating that brand well
(she'd been drinking large amounts of it). There are other ingredients
in some of the products that we're trying to avoid as well (peas in one,
various things like guar, xantham, and carob in others.

Has anyone found a plain, unadorned, commerically available rice milk in
the U.S.?
