Hi all! A question for all you experts out there... Since going GF a a
few months ago, I've noticed that my periods have been really difficult
(cramping, nausea, etc.) and I'm beginning to wonder if it's the
caffeine/chemicals from the soda I've been drinking (coke and diet coke -
about 12 oz/day). I've tried upping my calcium intake (I'm currently DF
as well), but that doesn't seem to help. So my question is two-fold: any
ideas re: the painful periods and how to ease them and also, are there
any non-caffeinated, more natural GF sodas? Does anyone know if
Hansen's soda is GF? Thanks!
