Thank you all for your responses.  Overwhelming majority said that Tones and
McCormicks,  French's, and Kroger brands are definately GF......others have
the risk of adding flour to prevent clumping.

 One person told me:  In a message dated 10/30/2000 8:36:14 AM Central
Standard Time, [log in to unmask] writes:

 This person obviously doesnt understand the concept of cross-contamination
or the clumping issue.  *eyeroll*  I guess there really IS one in every crowd.


 Extra added bonus.  Government studies have shows that as little as a
quarter teaspoon a day helps level insulin in bloodlstream.  That means to
non-diabetics that it will cut cravings.
