I am president of the Celiac Support Group in the Topeka, Kansas, area.
A gentleman in the state of Minnesota made contact with me.  He is a
celiac and diabetic.  He is in need of recipes that will satisfy both
illnesses.  He obviously is feeling frustrated with trying to deal with
