Kathy, I went 16 years before being diagnosed properly by the medical
profession. I had symptoms of Celiac Disease ever since I was born, but
because I also had other problems they overlooked the possiblity of Celiac.
In Canada I will guarentee that most people who are diagnosed Celiacs were
not diagnosed easy, in fact the majority went through at least 3 years of
other tests and possiblilites. I hope it helps you to know you are not
alone. Let's see what we can all do together to get some education going
on!
