How many cups are there in 1 pound (454 grams) of sorghum flour?  Having
never seen the stuff or knowing if it is like brown rice flour or
tapioca flour, and it being $6.25 canadian a pound.  I would like to
know how many cups per pound I would approx. get.  Sof if saomeone could
tell me.  I would appreciate it greatly.  Thank you very much.
