Dear Listmates,
I've started taking Probiotics for the first time. I remember seeing many of
you suggest taking it with meals (along with l-glutamine). Would you suggest
taking it with meals even though the bottle says to take 20-60 minutes after
meals? Also, I have to eat about every 40 minutes, due to Short Gut
Syndrome. I don't know if that will affect the timing of the dosage or not.
thanks in advance for your suggestions. I can't tell you how much it's meant
to me to have you to turn to. I've been overwhelmed by the unselfish and
caring attitude of so many people. thanks again.
