Hi All,
I've been GF for 4 months now and my abdominal pain has all but
disappeared, until recently. I now have a bit of pain when squating down
to garden. The only new thing I've added is Shiloh's Tapioca Flour. I
need to gain weight and it's caloric, so I added some to a cake I make.
Anyone know it's GF status?
