Hello everyone.

Could you tell me what is confectioners sugar?  I live in England and
have not heard of it.  Also has anyone any information on travelling in
Holland?  We are taking our mobile home there and would like to know
about the food to buy and also eating out.  Any information on these
things would be greatly appreciated.
