You have several options...  You could go the Lexmark route and install
their "MarkNet" card  (about $380),

or you could do what we do with our 4039 and use a HP JetDirect 300X
external print server (about $260)

The 4039 manual doesn't go into much detail other than showing how to plug
in the interface card.  You can download a .PDF file from the Lexmark
address above that goes into more detail about configuring the card.
