Jan, let me let you in on what I consider to be society's dirty little
secret!  ;)  It's evolutionary prejudice that prevents developmentally
disabled men from finding an able bodied mate.  When mankind was first
starting out in the hunter-gatherer societies, men who were strong and
could walk were the primary food gatherers. When that happened, females
noticed.  From then on, females were drawn to those males who had the
natural ability to support them...  Unfortunately, up until the mid
1950's people like you and I were seen very seldom in society. and to
think about marrying one requirea a person to be strong and not give in
to what society says is best for them... :) Am I making sense here?
