I been reading all the discussion on here about this
problem and here a little option you can put into FDISK
when partioning your HD:
Fdisk /fprmt will allow you to put FAT32 on a partition smaller than
512MB. Format {Partitionletter]:/z:n where n is a number 1, 2, 3, 4 will
give you 512byte, 1k, or 2k clusters depending on the value of n and the
size of the partition. On a 540MB partition n=1 will give you 512byte
clusters.
