What I would do, is delete the directory "c:\Program files\Common
files\InstallShield\". Then, I would try installing, again. The file is
possibly out-of-date or corrupt. The Jamcam software will recognize that
ikernel.exe is no longer in that directory and replace it with a new
version off of the CD.
Doing this won't "mess" anything up, but let us know if it doesn't work.
