If you're not having other computer problems, why not just copy your data
from your E: drive to your D: drive, or if you have a burner, copy it en
masse to a CD-R or RW. then reformat your E: and copy the stuff back. At
least this doesn't require reinstalling OS and/or all your programs.
Sounds like time to bite the bullet and listen to the Norton techie.
