Hi, When I try and install a software,like MasterCook, and even Nortor(which is ALREADY installed on my pc, I get this message:Isset_se caused a general protection fault in module SETUP. This is on the illegal operation box.

after I put in the CD and I get the error messege: An error has accourred in your program. To keep working anyway ,click ignore and save your work in a new file.Then it has CLOSE AND IGNORE.

Can you tell me what or where to go to solve my problem?? I already have norton on my pc. But I just wanted to see if that one would come up, but it gave me the same message??? Thank You in advance. Jane Tyler
