Yes, that sounds logical and was one of my concerns too. Even though my
pre--reformat tests showed the hardware was good.... I was still skeptical.
So...... after getting the system back up and running, I ran the Nuts&Bolts
RAM tests in continuous mode for over 5 hours. Then I ran the WinCheckIt
RAM test and CPU/system board test(continuously) overnight.
Both programs test L1 and L2 caches, as well as system RAM. There was not
a single error in over 15 hours of nonstop testing.
