I am saying that we don't have enough information to
draw a conclusion from, and that in a very small,
personal-to-me control group, this hypothesis is
disproved.
As far as the medical community goes, studies and
statistics are easily manipulated, as I am sure you
know. Research is "published" or not published, funded
or not funded based on a great many variables, many of
them tied to money, profit and politics.
I do not take as truth the word of any doctor,
practicioner or even science in general. Everything we
think we "know" is relative to what we know now, and
what we don't know YET.
For example, what we believed to be TRUE before the
discovery of penicillin, or sterile conditions, is
VERY different from what we know now, and how we
pratice because of that knowledge.
