Hi everybody--
I have a question for you to entertain (as no one else can entertain milk-related questions--they just look at me funny). I have been struggling with a supposed milk allergy for the last 6 months. I was diagnosed as milk allergic, then skin-tested negative about 2 weeks ago, and have been having decreased symptoms. So I've been experimenting with what I eat. Cheese is no problem, even cream cheese. Tonight I ate a chocolate and nearly choked on it. I had to spit it out--instant coughing, feeling of choking. I don't understand. Has anyone had a problem with vanilla/ vanillin? Any other ideas?
Thanks,
Christy
