Advair contains not only lactose, but milk proteins as well.  Several of the
dry powder inhalers, as opposed to the aerosol inhalers, contain milk proteins.
 Advair could very well be a problem.

I am currently only using Proventil, which is an albuterol inhaler.  I also
have Pulmicort and Intal on hand.  All three of these are safe.  If you have
questions about your medications, go to www.rxlist.com and check them out.
It's been an invaluable resource.
