Boy, it's been pretty quiet around here :-)

We need to start a GF diet for my 14 mo.  He's sensitive to diary and
currently drinking rice milk (RiceUm from TJ's).  We're not sure about
sensitivity to soy or if it was just coincidental to the whole weaning
process and GI problems cropping up.  Does anyone know off-hand if TJ's
RiceUm is GF?  What about the SoyUm?  We use the vanilla flavor of both
(my 3yo does the soy).
