Well, Ken, I guess we do what has to be done for the good of our families.

kyle if i felt the way i do know and still had that long to go, i do not
know if i could remain sane. but, the way you do it is in little time
increments. make you goal just to get to the next year and then make another
goal to make it to another year. ....

Geez, Ken, Alex won't start kindergarten for three more years. Now I'm
really bummed.

Bobby,

You've paid your dues. Finish your gig ASAP, get a flat in Austin, you and
Joyce enjoy that Texas weather and play grandma and grandpa. Congrats on
Sam Clifford. If that ain't a Lone Star name, I don't know what is! Get
yerself a La-Z-Boy and point your toes toward the sky for a while!

-Kyle

PS--You've got 20 years on me and it's no fun now. What will it be like in
20? Being a wage-slave is everything it's cracked-up to be? (Now...which
galley oar was mine?) :-o

Kyle,

I am truly in a quandry as to who to vote for this year. It's a case of
Dumb vs. Dumber. Gore is about as much Tennessean as I am Alaskan. It is too
bad that we have come to rely on the Federal government to support social
programs. Local entities could do this cheaper, more directly and more
efficiently. I may just retire, go to Austin and play with Gus, Emma and now
Sam Clifford(sounds like a name for a Texas Ranger).
Sam was born October 7 of this year. Grandpappy for the the third time. Life
has lost a lot off glitter of late. All this used to be fun, now it doesn't
seem so.
