Henry Ford Museum at Greenfield Village in Dearborn Michigan is a nother
option, and if you made a field trip maybe you could sneak a peek at the
Dimaxion House in progress!

Dear Ann,
If I were doing that research in the NYC area I would contact the
Thomas A.Edison National Historic Site in West Orange NJ. It is run by the
Parks Service & is quite extensive in terms of early electrical artifacts.
Good luck, hope all is well.
